Do you treat patients direct?

We are a full service laboratory therefore we work in partnership with Dentists and Dental Professionals. Our sister company SHDC is dedicated to providing a complete denture service to patients either direct or via a referral and prescription.

Do you offer NHS products?

No. We offer a private and a premium private service only to ensure we maintain the highest possible quality standards.

Can you deliver?

Yes. We have our own dedicated vehicles covering approximately a 45 mile radius of our lab. We deliver and collect five days a week free of charge.   Please contact us to see if you can be added to our busy routes.

Where do I send my patient photos?

We have dedicated email addresses for all areas of our business. For your patient photos please use photos@boshamdentallab.co.uk.

What do I use to cement my crown in with?

We are happy to talk you through your options however this link from Ivoclar Vivadent is really useful.

My patient has broken her denture, how quickly can you repair it?

If you send your patient to us direct we can usually carry out repairs and additions the same day if they book in with us. If you put the repair on the collection run we can usually return the following day or at worst the day after.

My Practice isn’t local, can I post to you?

Yes. We offer a FREE postal service to the UK and Channel Islands. Please contact us to see how this will affect your turnaround times.

Do you do anti-snoring appliances?

Yes. We provide a number of removable appliances including anti-snoring devices, bleaching trays, mouth guards and Essix retainers. Please contact us for more details.

My patient needs a shade match, can I send him to you?

Yes. We have a fully equipped treatment room and state of the art photography equipment and are always happy to see your patients by appointment. We can also conduct a full facial assessment to ensure the best possible aesthetic result.

I know your standard turnaround is 10 days for crown and bridge work. Can I have my work quicker?

Yes. We do offer an express service at an additional cost. Please contact us as this service is offered on a case by case basis.

My patient wants new dentures, what are you staged turnaround times?

We ask for 5 days (in lab) for each stage of denture manufacture. So, if we collect on a Monday for a re-try you will have the denture back on the following Tuesday. We do offer an express service, please contact us for details.
