Goodness, we’ve been busy! How time flies!  We can’t believe that our last info blog was a year and a half ago! Bosham Dental Lab continues to go from strength to strength gaining an impressive reputation within the industry for excellent work, beautiful, functional and predictable. We have recently had a bit of a drive to encourage our dental partners to consider going digital.  Here at the lab we have open 3 shape scanners, in-house milling and a brilliant 3D printing facility.  We are also accredited with both Trios and iTero. Many dentists are making the investment leap over to intra oral scanning as the benefits are clear; less invasive for the patient, accurate and instant results and a lot less mess! Bosham Dental Laboratory has recently been chosen to work in partnership with a number of excellent new private practices. We needed to recruit but we don’t employ anyone, new staff members of the highest calibre were needed to fulfil the extra demands and we are delighted to announce that we struck gold. TWICE!!! Kasia trained with us back in 2006 and went on to develop an interest in implant prostheses in which she has become hugely knowledgeable and is the perfect compliment to the existing team.  Sandra now has more time to work with patients directly in her capacity as a CDT and also with the broader dental team with the ‘teeth in a day’ concept.  She has the comfort of knowing that the prosthetics team of Karin, Matt and now Kasia ably supported by Annie our bite block and … Continue reading →

Well it’s December already and Christmas is just around the corner.  This is very much evident here at Bosham Dental Lab as we are experiencing our usual Christmas rush of work, in fact, this is the busiest we have ever been at this time of year which is fantastic. We are lucky though, having invested in a state of the art hybrid milling system and a fabulous new D2000 3D scanner we are coping marvellously.  Beautiful, hand finished crowns and bridges are flying out the door as thanks to this technology we have had that all important thing that creates the perfect restoration.  Time.
